Our Project Management division is directed by Jennifer Shoulders, Project Manager for the City of Garland.  Jennifer is responsible for a number of various projects throughout the City of Garland.  She has overseen the completion of Gale Fields Recreation center, Bridges at Firewheel, several Fire Stations, and the Patty Granville Performing Arts Center.  Currently, the City of Garland is constructing a new Police facility.
