The City of Garland uses Bidsync to distribute and receive bids an proposals. Suppliers may register  at 
www.bidsync.com at NO COST to the supplier.
Garland prefers electronic responses to all requests when available.
 
Bid packets may also be picked up at the City of Garland Purchasing office located at 200 N. Fifth St., Garland, Texas 75040.    
 
The City of Garland Purchasing Department now accepts Visa and Mastercard for payment of plans and drawings.  When ordering by mail, please include your Federal Express number and credit card information.


 
  

 

  

 

The City of Garland Purchasing Department uses a variety of media to give notice of and to solicit responses
for our competitive bids and proposals.  We encourage participation in Garland's competitive opportunities
from every segment of our diverse community.  Find listed below the multiple ways to find out about our
bid/proposals and how to respond.
 
Notices for bids over $50,000 may be found in the Daily Commercial Record. In addition various plan rooms
pick up bid information for our construction opportunities and offer it to their members.  Several minority
Chambers of Commerce also serve their members by keeping current on the bid/proposal opportunities at the
City of Garland.
 
The City of Garland utilizes  www.bidsync.com  for bid opportunities. These are the only forms of notification
authorized by the City of Garland. The City of Garland shall not be responsible for receipt of notification
and information from any source other than those listed. It shall be the vendor's responsibility to verify
the validity of all bid information received by sources other than those listed.
